ONTARIO COUNTY, N.Y. — A former commander accused of stealing from the Geneva American Legion is wanted by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Dale Mosher, 63, is accused of stealing nearly $93,000 over the course of eight years from the American Legion Post #396. He was charged with grand larceny.

The sheriff’s office told News10NBC he was due in court last week, but didn’t show up. They say don’t know where he could be, and are not even sure if he’s still in the area.
