South Carolina head coach Shane Beamer was the first of the SEC coaches to appear in this video. His biggest pet peeve is the excessive length and frequency of TV timeouts.
“I probably shouldn’t say this cause I know TV pays the bills, but the length of some of these TV timeouts that we have and how many of them that we have,” Beamer said. “It’s just kind of like, ‘Really, we have another one this quarter?'”
Most college football fans would probably agree with Beamer. A typical college football game has a TV timeout format of 3 in the first quarter, 4 in the second, 3 in the third, and 4 in the fourth quarter. It’s a lot of breaks from what the audience and players are here to watch and do.

“Long replays that should be over in 10 seconds that takes 2 minutes,” Kelly said.
Mizzou head coach Eli Drinkwitz’s biggest pet peeve is trashy visitor locker rooms.
“We’ve got some of the nicest facilities in the world, and we can’t have visitors’ locker rooms that are actually nice and commendable,” Drinkwitz said.
Georgia head coach Kirby Smart kept it short and sweet with his biggest pet peeve.
“Bad time management,” Smart said.
