ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A man, 29, is recovering after being shot on Frost Avenue near Jefferson Avenue on the city’s southwest side.
Rochester Police found the victim with a gunshot wound to his lower extremities around 11:30 p.m. on Wednesday. An ambulance took him to the hospital and he is expected to survive.
RPD is still investigating the shooting. No suspects are in custody and anyone with information is asked to call 911.
