A former NFL cheerleader, Natalie even boned up on her dance skills, which she admitted had gotten “a little rusty.”
“They have dance competitions on each season,” she added. “Learning choreography is pertinent to winning this game.’

Natalie made her reality TV debut on Big Brother 18, where she placed sixth. After that, she stayed in the reality sphere, competing on three seasons of The Challenge. “I’m a person who works hard for the things I want in life,” Natalie said. “I’m a strong, independent woman who gives my hundred percent to everything I do. I can’t just half-ass things and cut corners or rely on other people.”
She continued, “I have to be able to be well-rounded and do everything for myself, and since my teammate is really strong, really well-rounded and really good at everything she does, I have to really be able to match her energy and be a teammate.”
