(KTXL) — The FBI filed a three-count amended criminal complaint on Monday morning related to its case against the man accused of shooting through the window of the ABC affiliate in Sacramento.
After Anibal Hernandez Santana, 64, of Sacramento, was released on $200,000 bail on Saturday afternoon, the FBI arrested and charged him with possessing a firearm within a school zone, discharging a firearm within a school zone and interfering with a radio communication station, U.S. Attorney Eric Grant said.

Do not support [FBI Director Kash] Patel, [Deputy FBI Director Dan] Bongino, & [Attorney General] Pam Bondi. They’re next. – C.K. from above.”
