A 57-year-old bicyclist was seriously injured after being struck then rolled over by a vehicle in Pacific Beach on Sunday evening.
The collision was at around 9:15 p.m., when a driver of a northbound Mazda CX-5 broadsided the eastbound bicyclist after riding through a stop sign on Oliver Avenue at the intersection of Ingraham Street, according to the San Diego Police Department.
