There is plenty going on in the SEC, and Cubelic shared his thoughts after the incredible Week 3:

We do it each week…MY Sunday SEC takeaways: ALABAMA: Dominant win vs B1G opponent. QB super sharp again. Confident, deliberate. Knew where he wanted to get the ball. Extension of the run game makes up for some of the rushing numbers. Backs had multiple grabs & not just check…

ARKANSAS: Tough one. OL had fight. 55 broughtbit. C got pushed some IN RUN GAME, good help on pass pro. 76 had good run game reps. QB great on move, by design & when eluding. Good job avoiding overhangs. Inside zone/duo got going. Nice plan of altering reads with QB. He left one…

AUBURN: Handled their business. QB looked in command. Nice quick decisions. Liked seeing the power element of his run game. 75 & 77 were great. 77 bringing something to the table we have not seen in a long time on the plains. 52 had his best game of the season IMO. Loved getting…

FLORIDA: Just a brutal one to watch. Def played really well overall. Great game from 24. Took on pullers, set edge. Rushed passer. Lost contain on one run. 88 impacted things inside. 90 penetrated. They did a lot up front. Stunts & blitzes. 91 really good vs run. 0 was playing…

GEORGIA: Gut check win. Showed some serious resolve & maturity. Physical game. Had some losses at the LOS but never stopped trading blows. 8 aggressive on back end. Big 3rd down stop. 52 had good reps up front. Stepped in OT. 0 caused problems on the edge. 9 brought it off edge…

KENTUCKY: Handled their business. New QB did a nice job operating the offense. Made some difficult throws. Loved how he challenged the seams. Movement in pocket not always great. TEs were massive. 84 blocked his tail off & made a few nice grabs. 1 & 9 can make plays. Just not a…

LSU: Rivalry win. Found a way. Good to see QB use legs some. Had protection breakdowns. RT struggled. Good use of lateral movement to try to get runs going. Took adv of slot mid match. QB went to the middle often. Once when he obviously can't. 61 had a nice game. Struggled with…

MISSISSIPPI STATE: Handled their business. Love how aggressive the offense came out. Shot play, reverses, hand off pass, etc. The RBs can really squeeze through tight spaces on gap scheme. Looked like they ran some duo for a few nice gains also. 50 blocked well. 88 gave GREAT…

MISSOURI: Handled their business. Has the run going. Nice job with stretch play & adding some wrinkles with pullers to perimeter runs. TEs were big in run game. 87 & 86 helped. 56 did a nice job climbing to 2nd level. 79 played physical. Center was rolling. Backs were great.…

OKLAHOMA: Handled their business. Offense had some really good & some meh. Zone scheme looked better at LOS. Still not great getting to 2nd level. 54 played well. 12 is the ultimate Swiss Army knife. Helps blocking. Reliable hands. Quick game was going. Catch & run is going to be…

OLE MISS: Nice win. Proved you can survive some personnel blows. Def missed some tackles. 4 was crazy good up front, rushed passer, played down inside vs run. Made plays out in space. Didn't replace gaps quick enough off movement. Lost contain. Had a pretty aggressive plan. Gave…

SOUTH CAROLINA: Tough one. Felt like they had a little going early with misdirection & Q run. 78 battled up front. 87 helped early. 1 brings a real patience-to-violence style in the backfield. Protections breakdowns were costly. Felt like 8 had a chance to get going. 5 had a…

TENNESSEE: Brutal one to drop. Had chances. As even of a physical matchup with that group as I have seen from them in a while. Had DL displaced. LBs pushed back. It was impressive. TEs really brought it for off. 87 & 0 great! Liked getting them involved in pass game. RBs helped…

    — Cole Cubelic (@colecubelic) September 15, 2025

TEXAS: Got the W. Offense struggled to find rhythm early. QB seems to be rushing some throws. Much better with timing plays to set up. Still can calm down some. His legs get them out of jams. Can't throw across body into end zone. Mishandled snap. RBs had nice patience on outside…

    — Cole Cubelic (@colecubelic) September 15, 2025

TEXAS A&M: Huge W with historical implications. OL fought hard. 71 brought the intensity. 78 had good reps. Still think evened out formations could help run game. QB legs helped. Broke down in pocket a little early at times. Didn't lean on them. But protections did break down…

VANDERBILT: Massive win. Was personal to them based on what happen last year. This team has an edge. You could see it. The word "confident" was used often & it showed they had it. OL was really good. 50 brought some real juice. Tackles had some tough reps in pass pro but yo be…
