Meanwhile, LSU picked up a gritty win over Florida, Ole Miss outlasted Arkansas in another shootout, Vanderbilt thumped LaNorris Sellers-less South Carolina and Texas A&M picked up a statement win over Notre Dame on the road.
Those were just a few of the notable results from the SEC’s weekend of action, and thanks to plenty of under-the-radar teams securing positive results, the league saw its number of teams ranked in this week’s Coaches Poll jump to a whopping 12 after only 9 were included last week.
