A Pacific Beach apartment fire displaced one resident Monday.
The non-injury blaze erupted shortly before 1 p.m. on a stove at the residence in the 4500 block of Ingraham Street, just north of Garnet Avenue, according to the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department.
It took crews less than 15 minutes to extinguish the flames, aided in the effort by fire sprinklers in the apartment, SDFRD spokesperson Candace Hadley said.
The American Red Cross was called in to help the displaced resident arrange for an interim shelter.
