Florid head coach Billy Napier entered the 2025 season in a high-pressure situation down in Gainesville, with many holding the view that his job would be in serious jeopardy should he fail to produce better results on the field.

According to Edgar Thompson of the Orlando Sentinel, though, Napier doesn’t appear to have any interest in handing off his play-calling responsibilities any time soon. Napier confirmed those plans at his weekly press conference on Monday.
