(BCN) -- A Monterey County jury has convicted a man of three counts of lewd or lascivious acts on a child under 14 on Wednesday, District Attorney Jeannine M. Pacioni announced.
Prosecutors said the incident occurred April 25, 2021, when Victor Ramirez, 46, a family friend, inappropriately touched a 10-year-old girl and exposed himself at his home after a party.
Monterey County deputies and investigators interviewed the child, who gave consistent accounts of the abuse, a press release issued Thursday noted.
