President al-Assad instructs to repay loans for thousands of army wounded soldiers

Damascus, SANA –President Bashar al-Assad has instructed authorities concerned to repay the loans of wounded soldiers of military operations and the supporting forces who have deficiency between 40% to 100%. The repayment process includes all the loans of military operations’ wounded who were injured before 31/12/2020, and borrowed from any public banks before 31/12/2020. The fund of the Martyrs and Wounded will pay the value of the loans with no more than SYP 5 million to any wounded soldier. Thousands of the wounded of the army, police, security and supporting forces will benefit from the repayment. The value of the payment will exceed several billions SYP. Hybah Sleman / Mazen
