My Wife and Kids has ended, but the show’s stars, including Damon Wayans Sr., Tisha Campbell-Martin and more, have remained on our screens.
The sitcom, which aired from 2001 to 2005, followed the Kyle family. Wayans Sr. starred as Michael withCampbell-Martin as his wife, George O. Gore II, Jennifer Nicole Freeman and Parker McKenna Posey as his kids. respectively.
Wayans Sr. previously shut down the idea of rebooting the family sitcom, telling Revolt that the show “ran its course, and it was beautiful.”
He is, however, open to reuniting with his costars for a brief time. “I think I’d really be open to doing a special. A Wife and Kids special would be wonderful, where we kind of get a chance to wrap up the show in a more respectful way,” he said.
