A new kind of Chick-fil-A is opening in the Chicago suburbs.
The new fan-favorite restaurant, opening Sept. 4 in Naperville, at 3320 S. Illinois Route 59, will be a “drive-thru” focused location, according to a release. The restaurant, “designed for speed and efficiency,” will offer drive-thru, carry-out, third-party delivery and “Mobile Thru,” the release said.
It will also have a walk-up window for carry-out, and outdoor patio seating.
According to the release, the restaurant will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday, including on opening day, where guests who wear “cow attire” will receive a free entree.
The new Chick-fil-A location will locally owned and operated by Mike Carbera, who also operates the Chick-fil-A in Fox Valley Center.
The chain’s first drive-thru focused location opened in 2024 in metro Atlanta, where the brand is based. There, the restaurant contains an “elevated” kitchen.
“The concept was strategically designed to increase speed-of-service and simplify the drive-thru experience for guests,” Chick-fil-A said at the time.
