During the season 2 episode that premiered on Tuesday, August 26, Markle, 44, and her longtime friend Heather Dorak met up with mixologist Payman Bahmani-Bailey. After Markle asked how he became a mixologist, he explained he used to be a lawyer in New York before he made the career change.
"Did you watch Suits?" Markle asked, referring to the legal drama she starred on for seven seasons.
Bahmani-Bailey responded, "No, no, I don't watch basic cable." After he made the seemingly shady comment, Markle simply replied by chuckling.
"I like shows with curse words and stuff," Bahmani-Bailey said of his reasoning, which led Markle to respond, "Great, I love it."
Markle had her big break as an actress when she starred as Rachel Zane on Suits, which premiered on USA Network in 2011. After she fell in love with her now-husband, Prince Harry, Markle left the show after season 7 in 2018.
Despite her exit from the show, Suits remained on the air for two more seasons and experienced a major resurgence in viewership when it was added to Netflix in 2023.
While Markle stepped away from acting in light of her marriage to Harry, 40, she has been open about her love of Suits. Earlier this year, she told People that the show is a "time capsule" for her.

In fact, she even still has some of Rachel's wardrobe. "I still have the pencil skirt from the first episode! That’s the one thing I kept," Markle revealed.
When it comes to the show's newfound popularity, Markle insisted she wasn't surprised. "I'm not surprised that people are rediscovering Suits because it was so well written and so well produced," she previously told the outlet.
