At a recent taping of The Drew Barrymore Show, the charming host was surprised by an audience member who revealed she and Barrymore had previously met. The audience member turned out to be a flight attendant Barrymore had encountered four years earlier.
"When I met you," the emotional flight attendant stated, "you were crying in my galley."
She then showed Barrymore a photo of the two together, which Barrymore instantly remembered.
Overcome with emotion, Barrymore rushed into the audience to embrace the flight attendant. Then, in true Drew Barrymore fashion, she squeezed into the row to sit beside her and share what had been going on in her life at the time that led her to cry to a stranger mid-flight.

Barrymore, who is mom to two daughters, Olive and Frankie, with ex-husband Will Kopelman, has been open about her past struggles, including a battle with alcohol addiction.
