Longtime actress Candace Cameron Bure is known for being quite open about personal struggles and similar topics, so much so that she started her own podcast called The Candace Cameron Bure Podcast.
And in a new clip shared on the podcast's Instagram account, Cameron Bure appeared to get emotional while she tried to reconcile knowing your own self-worth but still feeling down about yourself.
"If someone is listening to this, and they're saying like, 'I know this, like God revealed this to me, and I understand...I've built the foundation, but I'm still so sad at where my body's at,'" Cameron Bure began, seeming to get emotional at the midpoint of the sentence, pausing to restart.
She went on, considering another situation as she said, "Or I'm going through menopause and my whole body is changed. So how do I start to reconcile living in that freedom that I know to be true, but I'm still really unhappy with my body."

Cameron Bure posed the question to her co-host, author Lisa Whittle, who replied, "Gratitude is not about preference, it is about acceptance. This is a process, Candace. And what we don't honor in this world is process. We honor quick."
The Full House actress added in the caption, "How can we look at our bodies as a quick fix when their very nature is to grow, shift, and change? For me, learning to love my body has become a lifelong journey," asking fans if they related.
