"It's good. It's just really busy, and I'm trying to figure out the work-life balance," said Williams. "I hear that a lot of people are talking about self-care, and I'm just wondering, 'When?' Because I'm the working mom and I already have the guilt, and I don't want to take more time away from them. But I understand that I need to fill up the tank."
The happy news comes at a busy time for Williams amid awards season, as she is up for a Primetime Emmy thanks to her stellar work on Dying for Sex. The hit miniseries premiered on Hulu as recently as April, marking Williams' first project since Steven Spielberg's The Fabelmans in 2022.
Williams' latest project follows her embattled lead character who leaves her husband to pursue raunchy sex after a terminal cancer diagnosis. Dying for Sex also stars Jenny Slate and Rob Delaney, and is nominated for nine Primetime Emmys in total.
