Some of our most beloved and iconic rockers from the 60s and 70s are getting ready to hang up their guitars for good. Aerosmith said farewell with their "Peace Out" tour in 2023, while in 2024 Foreigner said goodbye on a final stretch of shows. This year British rockers The Who are officially embarking on their last tour "The Song Is Over" as well as the Eagles with their "The Long Goodbye Tour" kicking off come September.
So when Alice Cooper, 77, was asked on the SiriusXM podcast if there was going to be a final farewell tour for him, his response was everything fans hoped to hear.
“It’ll go until it can’t go anymore.” #AliceCooper #Interview #70smusic #ClassicRock

It's just it'll go till it can't go anymore. I always said I will never go on stage as Alice Cooper if I can't play him the same way I played him in 1975 with the same energy. In all reality, I'm playing with better energy now than I did then."
And it's true. Currently Cooper is opening for My Chemical Romance's "Black Parade" tour which is full of his classic horror theatrics and a killer set list of hits like "Poison" and "School's Out."

Fans were thrilled to hear that Cooper has no interest in hanging it up just yet.
"He’s as good on stage when I first saw him at 14 as I am at 50," said one longtime fan.
"This man is so wonderful. He gives his performances everything he’s got. In life he gives his all as well. He supports troubled teens and helps them succeed," added another.
"Best quality rock show you'll see and he never over prices his tickets... legend," said another.
Aside from his shows with MCR, Cooper is currently touring across the USA and Canada with a total of 33 shows happening until October 2025.
