A Windsor man was arrested on 34 felony counts of sexual exploitation of a child after police say they found nearly 150 sexually explicit images and videos of children on his phone.
In May 2024, the National Center for Missing or Exploited Children received three tips regarding Isai Dominguez, 26, uploading child sexual assault material to a cloud-storage service, according to an affidavit for his arrest.
Police searched Dominguez’s home in January, seizing several electronic devices that contained material not found in the original reports, according to the affidavit. Mixed into the child sexual assault material was a picture of Dominguez’s driver’s license and a video of him reading, the affidavit states.
Dominguez was arrested Wednesday and has since bonded out of jail. He has a bond hearing Aug. 30 in Weld County District Court.
