Wearing her hair pinned back with wispy gray bangs in the front, the actress gave details about her appearance while fans in the comments admired her "natural beauty."

"I love that she has let herself age gracefully. Still looks beautiful," complimented one long-time fan.

"Aw she’s cute, her voice is the same," noted another.

"She looks absolutely beautiful and still has that same young energy I remember Carol Seaver had," another fan said.

While Gold's most remembered role was Growing Pains, she has her name on countless credits in one-off episodes of various TV shows as well as TV movies.

The actress has been extremely candid about her experience as a child-actress, opening up about her battle with anorexia and treatment in Hollywood.

Gold explained in an episode of Let’s Be Clear with Shannen Doherty that as the show evolved and got "edgier" there were "fat jokes" made at her expense that deeply impacted her. It lead to the show telling her father (and agent) she needed to lose weight, and a doctor put her on a strict 500 calorie daily diet, thus beginning a harrowing journey of battle anorexia.

“And all of a sudden, everybody’s coming up to me on the set, going, ‘Oh my God, you look so good, you look so beautiful, you look so amazing,’” she remembered. “I think everyone meant well, but in my view of it I was like, ‘Was I that embarrassing before? Was I absolutely kidding myself that I could go on national TV, be Carol Seaver, and I really was that person they were saying those jokes about?’”

Luckily Gold is in a much healthier and happier state now and is clearly tackling her 50's like a pro.
