BATAVIA, N.Y. – A Batavia man is facing felony charges following a six-month investigation into drug activities in Genesee County.
Deputies say Marcos Torres sold crack cocaine to an undercover agent multiple times.
Officials also say Torres fled from deputies in a car as they were performing a search warrant, which started a police chase that eventually ended when Torres crashed in the Town of Bethany.
Deputies said Torres then got out the car and ran away from them into the woods. They tracked him down with a K-9 unit shortly after.
Official investigation also found Torres used narcotics at home when children were there. He faces the following charges:
