McDonald’s is teasing its next Happy Meal toy — and it’s “two faves in one.”
In a social media post Thursday, the Chicago-based burger chain announced a toy collaboration between Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Hello Kitty was coming to Happy Meals this fall.
The photo in the post showed tiny Hello Kitty figurines dressed as the classic TMNT characters, with blue, red, purple and orange-colored eye masks, complete with bows and cat ears.

According to the post, the Happy Meal toys will come out Aug. 12.
Some media comments on the post referred to the toys as “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Kitties.”
The Happy Meal toys come after “tiny” Happy Meal toys launched at McDonald’s stores across the U.S.
McDonald’s did not immediately respond to NBC Chicago’s request for comment.
