Osbourne died at the age of 76 on Tuesday, July 22, just weeks after his farewell concert in Birmingham, England on July 5.
An official cause of death is still unclear, though the rock musician had been battling Parkinson's disease for years before his passing.
His family confirmed the news of his death in a statement released on Tuesday, which read, "It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning."
"He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time," the family added.
