(KRON) -- The Santa Clara County Medical Examiner's Office is asking for the public's help to locate the families of two separately discovered bodies in the hopes of identifying them. The individuals were both found in San Jose late last year — just a month apart — and are thought to be victims of fatal collisions.
Nine-year-old boy slain by father in San Jose park identifiedThe medical examiner's office said a dead man believed to be between 35 to 55 years old was discovered on October 20, 2024. Authorities said his body was located on a public sidewalk near a parking garage located at 65 S. 10th St. He is described as 5'4" and having a light to medium-skinned complexion with dark hair, brown eyes, and a dark moustache. The unidentified man was found in a gray t-shirt, gray sweatpants and gray tennis shoes.

Authorities said she was fatally struck on northbound Highway 680, just north of East Capitol Expressway, on September 21, 2024. The unidentified woman is described as 5'8" and having light-skinned complexion with brown hair and blue eyes. She was found wearing black sweatpants, black socks, and a black sweatshirt.
