Ozzy Osbourne has five biological children: Louis Osbourne (born in 1975), Jessica Starshine Osbourne (born Nov. 29, 1979), Aimée Osbourne (born July 4, 1982), Kelly Osbourne (born Oct. 27, 1984) and Jack Osbourne (born Nov. 8, 1985).

Jessica Osbourne's mother is Thelma Riley. Ozzy met Riley when she worked in a nightclub in the 1960s. He wrote of Riley in his 2009 memoir I Am Ozzy, "I put her through hell. I was a very selfish young man, full of drink and drugs, and I didn't know how to be a husband or a father."

Jack Osbourne was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) in 2012 when he was 26 years old. He'd lost vision in his right eye, leading him to see several specialists for testing.
Jack recalled to Everyday Health, "The eye doctor sent me to the ER, and the ER was like, 'We need an MRI,' and then spinal taps and blood work and talking with neurologists. Come to find out, that wasn't my first exacerbation. About 18 months prior, my legs had gone numb, and it was all connected to the same thing."
Jack says his biggest symptom is fatigue, but that he also suffered symptoms during his stint on Dancing With the Stars in 2013—a gig he took, in part, to raise awareness of the disease.
"I hid it well," he said. "But I was having really bad problems with fatigue and balance, and I started tingling up my arms and legs."

Kelly Osbourne revealed on Dax Shepard's Armchair Expert podcast in May 2021 that she and her sister Aimée Osbourne don't speak.
"We're just really different," Kelly said. "She doesn't understand me. I don't understand her."

Do Jack and Aimée Osbourne get along?
Similar to her relationship with Kelly Osbourne, Aimée Osbourne and Jack Osbourne rarely speak. Sharon Osbourne told The Sunday Times (via Hello!) in 2022, ""Aimée doesn't like the life we lead. It's not her. The kids don't get on [with her], and I’m not going to bulls—t and say they do."
They do get along professionally though: Variety reports that Jack teamed up with his under-the-radar big sis to produce a film about Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne's love story.

Aimée Osbourne says she's just quite private and focused on her music career, so her declining to appear in her family's reality show wasn't meant as a slight to them.
"I'm not some weirdo depressed daughter that's afraid of the world and locks herself in her room all day; I just didn't choose to do the show," she said in an interview (via The Independent). "I want to be a singer, and I felt if I'd stayed with the Osbournes and done the whole thing I would have been typecast right away. [Mum] was hurt and we definitely had a tough time with disagreements. I'm more reserved and my private life is very important."

Kingsley is an actor in the U.K., mostly on stage. He recently performed with the National Theatre in Boys From the Black Stuff.

Louis Osbourne

Louis Osbourne is a DJ and appeared in several episodes of The Osbournes Season 1. The Sun reports that while he wasn't estranged from his family members across the pond, he prefers living in the U.K., so he doesn't see them often.
"I don't travel half as much as I used to and they are in America," he said. "There is more chance of us seeing each other in a random New York hotel than us all getting round a table for a Sunday lunch. We meet on special occasions."
Louis added of Ozzy, "Dad usually calls on a Sunday afternoon for a catch up and when he comes over to the U.K. we take the kids down [to his home in Buckinghamshire]. Dad is great, very much a doting grandad."
Louis was present at Ozzy's farewell concert in July 2025, which he wrote on Facebook made him emotional.
"I was sobbing at times. It was everything we wanted it to be and more," he wrote (via BBC News. "I had been anxious for months about this as I've been worried about my dad's ability to perform with his Parkinson's disease. I just wanted it to be a dignified send off for him. But as soon as he started singing we knew he was gonna nail it."
