While Osbourne's cause of death has not yet been revealed, he was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2019. “I’m not dying from Parkinson’s,” he said while publicly announcing his diagnosis on Good Morning America in 2020. “I’ve been working with it most of my life.”
