The rock world is paying tribute to Ozzy Osbourne after news of the heavy metal legend’s death at age 76 was announced Tuesday, July 22.
Osbourne, the best-known vocalist of Black Sabbath and a successful solo artist, was just celebrated with the all-star “Back to the Beginning” tribute concert on July 5 in his hometown of Birmingham, England.
Among those paying tribute to Ozzy was Tom Morello of Rage Against the Machine, who served as the musical director of the “Back to the Beginning” show. Morello posted a photo of the two together, along with the words, “God bless you Ozzy.”
