ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A man, 55, has life-threatening injuries after being attacked, possibly with an object, near the Liberty Pole in downtown Rochester on Tuesday morning.
Another man, 56, is hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. Rochester Police say both victims appeared to have “blunt force trauma.”
Officers responded to the Liberty Pole on East Main Street around 2:15 a.m. and found the victims. An ambulance rushed them both to the hospital.
RPD says officers are still working to determine what exactly happened. No suspects are in custody and anyone with information is asked to call 911.
