ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Gas prices are going up slightly in the Rochester area, GasBuddy reports.
According to GasBuddy, the average price for a gallon of gas in Rochester increased by more than 1 cent in the past week. That makes for an average of $3.16.
The cheapest place to fill up in our area is the Mobil on Jefferson Road in Henrietta at $2.69, according to GasBuddy. Other places include the Walmart on Marketplace Drive at $2.78, and Costco at $2.79.
Analysts at GasBuddy say gas prices are expected to stay mostly stable heading into August.
