SAN JOSE — Mail doesn’t come on Sundays, but firefighters do.
At 2:58 a.m. on Sunday, approximately 50 San Jose firefighters responded to a fire at a post office located inside a strip mall in the 6500 block of Crown Boulevard in south San Jose, according to the San Jose Fire Department. The fire was put out at 4:31 a.m.
No injuries resulted from the incident, SJPD reported. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
