(KRON) — The Napa Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding a man suspected of killing 47-year-old Noel Batres, who was found dead under the Napa River Bridge on July 3.
Napa police identified 36-year-old Ramiro Ochoa Mendoza as a person of interest in the case. Mendoza is described as a Hispanic man standing 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing roughly 200 pounds.
“If you see Mendoza, do not approach him,” Napa PD said. “Call 911 immediately.”
