SHORTSVILLE, N.Y. — A 13-year-old boy is facing charges after the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says he punched a security guard.
Deputies say on June 21, the boy was at the Shortsville Firemen’s Carnival when he punched a security guard in the face multiple times who was working a security detail at the carnival. They also say the victim suffered serious physical injury.
The boy was arrested for assault on June 25 and arraigned at Ontario County Court.
