TOWN OF SWEDEN, N.Y. – Two men are facing federal charges after an armed robbery in the Town of Sweden back in April.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office says that the men stole more than $450,000 from an M&T bank in Brockport.
John Savage and Micheal O’Shea are both charged with bank robbery, brandishing a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence, and aiding and abetting a crime of violence.
Authorities say Savage forced a bank manager to open the safe.
