One person was shot and another was stabbed in the Arden-Arcade area Monday afternoon, the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office said.
It happened along Fulton Avenue between Marconi and El Camino avenues.
Around 4 p.m., the sheriff's office said officials were applying tourniquets while paramedics were responding to the scene.
