Seneca Falls police said Curtis Wheeler got into an argument with a woman. When the woman tried to hide in her car, Wheeler shattered a window and ripped off door handles, police said.
Police said Wheeler punched an officer in the head during his arrest.
Wheeler is facing several charges, including felony assault.
