ROCHESTER, N.Y. On Sunday at 7 a.m., a man in his 40s was found dead in the backyard of a house on Oscar Street.
Police said he had been shot and was pronounced dead at the scene. Detectives believe the man was shot earlier in the morning and was not found until about 7 a.m.
Officials said the home was vacant and being used for drug sales. The investigation is ongoing.
