VICTOR, N.Y. – New York State Police in Canandaigua have arrested a 57-year-old man who they say had child sexual abuse material on a device.
On June 12, a search warrant was executed by state police on County Route 41 in Victor as part of an ongoing child exploitation investigation.
Police say multiple devices were seized, where investigators found a seized device with child sexual abuse material.
Tracy Przepiora was arrested on June 17 and charged with promote an obscene sexual performance by a child less than 17 years of age and possessing a sexual performance by a child.
Przepiora was brought to Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
