A 13-year-old Denver boy is missing after he was last seen walking near West 12th Avenue and North Quitman Street over a week ago, according to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation.

Jeremiah Jacobs was last seen at around 9 p.m. June 4, according to a Missing Indigenous Person Alert from the CBI. Police are concerned for his safety.
Jeremiah is described as 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 125 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He’s Indigenous with Navajo and Apache affiliations, state officials said.
