The It Ends With Us legal drama might have finally ended.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the lawsuits filed by Justin Baldoni and his production company, Wayfarer, were thrown out by a judge on Monday, June 9.
Baldoni and Wayfarer were suing Blake Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, for $400 million and the New York Times for $250 million, alleging defamation over an article about sexual harassment and retaliation on the It Ends With Us set. Baldoni alleged the story contributed to a smear campaign against him.
Lively's claims against Baldoni remain intact, although he has filed a motion to dismiss those as well, but the judge has not yet ruled.

The judge based his opinion on the finding that Lively had included her allegations in a civil rights complaint and therefore could not be held liable for the claims, and the New York Times relied upon that complaint as the basis of their story.
Baldoni's team accused the newspaper of "cherrypicking" certain texts and emails that painted him in a negative light, but the court ultimately disagreed.
"The Times reviewed the available evidence and reported, perhaps in a dramatized manner, what it believed to have happened. The Times had no obvious motive to favor Lively's version of events." the judge ruled.
Baldoni also accused Reynolds of falsely labeling him a "sexual predator," but the judge found that this statement was also consistent with Blake's allegations in her complaint, and that Reynolds had no reason to believe they were untrue - meaning the defamation claim has no merit either.
In a statement to TMZ, Lively's lawyers Esra Hudson and Mike Gottlieb said, “Today's opinion is a total victory and a complete vindication for Blake Lively, along with those that Justin Baldoni and the Wayfarer Parties dragged into their retaliatory lawsuit, including Ryan Reynolds, Leslie Sloane and The New York Times. As we have said from day one, this “$400 million” lawsuit was a sham, and the Court saw right through it."
"We look forward to the next round, which is seeking attorneys’ fees, treble damages and punitive damages against Baldoni, [Steve] Sarowitz, [Melissa] Nathan and the other Wayfarer Parties who perpetrated this abusive litigation." her legal team added.
