ROCHESTER, N.Y. – An apartment on Luther Circle in Rochester is facing significant smoke and water damage after a fire Wednesday.
The chief of the Rochester Fire Department says the fire started on the second floor of the apartment. He also says the Red Cross is working with tenants to figure out living arrangements.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation and no injuries were reported.
