ROCHESTER, N.Y. – A News10NBC photojournalist was at a scene on Thurston Road and Arnett Boulevard Tuesday morning where they saw Rochester Police officers along with multiple cars with damages.
Our photojournalist saw severe damages to the front of two different cars.
They also saw another car with damages to its back end and an RPD officer cleaning out the trunk of said car.
