Registration opens May 1 for the Willits Community Theatre’s annual Gateway to the Stage Summer Program for children ages 6 to 18. Talented Director Joni McLeod will be leading this year’s camp, which includes workshops in acting, singing, dancing and teamwork.
The program runs June 23 through Aug. 10 at the Willits Charter School, and will include a live production of “Shrek The Musical Jr.”
“We’re thrilled to have Joni McLeod running the camp this year,” says WCT Production Manager Jeff Shipp. “The other real highlight – the kids are going to adore being in a production of ‘Shrek.’”
