(KRON) -- A man was killed Sunday morning after a fire broke out in an RV in Santa Rosa, according to fire officials.
The Santa Rosa Fire Department responded at 11:41 a.m. to the area of Ridgway and Cleveland avenues on the report of a recreational vehicle on fire. A man was pulled from the RV in a rescue, officials said, and life-saving measures were performed.
Despite life-saving efforts, the man was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Santa Rosa Police Department’s Violent Crime Investigations Team is investigating the deadly fire. No foul play is currently suspected in the man’s death, fire officials said.
The man’s identity was not released pending notification of next of kin.
