ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A crash caused a major backup on I-490 Eastbound on Thursday morning.

New York State Police say that, around 8:30 a.m., a backup in traffic caused one vehicle to rear-end another, which then side-swiped a third vehicle.

    One person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Traffic is back to normal.
