Alaskan Bush People’s Rain Brown and her husband, Josiah Lorton, are in trouble with the law, according to records obtained by In Touch.
Brown, 22, and Lorton, 23, were arrested and charged with first-degree burglary and first-degree malicious mischief.
The couple, who got married earlier this year, were booked in Okanogan County Jail in Washington on Friday, April 11, before being released on their own recognizance the following Monday.

The outlet reports that Brown, who was arrested under her legal name Merry Christmas Kathryn Raindrop Brown, and Josiah were not required to post bail. However, they are expected to appear at a later scheduled court date.
As it stands, the nature of the pair’s arrest is unclear. Moreover, Brown received an additional charge of second-degree criminal trespass.
Brown and Lorton began dating in December 2023 and have seemingly been going strong ever since. Taking to Instagram in March, Brown wrote, “One of my favorite pictures of Josiah and I, this was actually from a fan picture which just goes to show you never know when some of your favorite moments will be, stay adventurous, my rainbows ? and always remember God loves you.”
Although a handful of the comments seemed weary of Brown and Lorton’s relationship, others were supportive.
