Jobs of Hope will host a bowling fundraiser next month to support its mission to help men find employment and stability after incarceration.
The nonprofit’s fundraiser, Pins of Promise, will run from 5:30-8 p.m. Thursday, May 8 at Chipper’s Lanes, 2454 8th Ave., Greeley.
Each ticket includes two hours of bowling, shoe rental, pizza and soda. The event will also feature live music and community engagement.
Jobs of Hope provides career training, mentorship and essential support services for people who were incarcerated.
“The only time we should look down on a brother is when we are helping him get back up,” said executive director of Jobs of Hope Dan Ordaz in a news release. “Pins of Promise is more than just a fundraiser — it’s about providing real opportunities for success.”
Tickets are $35 for adults and $15 for children 12 and under. It’s $35 to sponsor a Jobs of Hope participant.
