CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- One person has died after being shot in west Charlotte, according to Medic.
Around 1:20 p.m., a crash was reported by CMPD on the 2600 block of Royston Road near Camp Greene Street. When Medic arrived, they said one person was pronounced dead from a gunshot wound.
It's unclear what led to the incident. Police have not said if they are looking for a suspect or if anyone is in custody.
