ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police have surrounded two cars on Dewey Avenue and Birr Street, closing off part of those streets on the city’s northwest side.
News10NBC’s photojournalist saw RPD officers surveying the scene for evidence just after midnight. It appears both cars may have been struck by gunfire, then crashed.
