CHIPOTLE has launched a huge menu shakeup with 15 new items for burrito season.
The iconic fast food chain is celebrating March Madness with offerings inspired by the USC women’s basketball team.
It was announced on Monday that the company would be debuting it as a digital menu inspired by an entire team.
This includes 15 options exclusively available on the app, as reported by Yahoo!.
The items will be available throughout the USC women’s basketball tournament run.
It is called “Fight on”, and comes with 15 distinct menu items for the team members.
It marks the first time that Chipotle has launched a digital menu.
Chipotle is making other changes that are set to come out soon, as reported by The US Sun.
Burrito season is here and Chipotle is launching a fresh recruitment campaign to make sure its 3,700 restaurants are properly staffed for the March-to-May rush.
The company is seeking to attract and crucially retain workers with improved benefits and career opportunities.
In 2024, the company promoted 23,000 employees.
Starting this year, all Chipotle workers will get free access to the Calm app, a popular mindfulness and meditation tool.
Employees can also earn an extra month’s pay through a crew bonus program.
Chipotle says workers enrolled in its education program are twice more likely to stay with the brand.
Participating workers are six times more likely to move into roles in management.
Additionally, 85% of restaurant management promotions coming from within.

Chipotle is leaning on AI to help them achieve their target.
Ava Cado, the brand’s virtual hiring assistant, has reduced hiring times from 12 days to four.
The chatbot, launched in partnership with AI firm Paradox, chats with candidates, schedules interviews, and sends job offers.
Since its rollout, the system has nearly doubled applicant numbers and also raised completion rates from 50% to over 85%.
